Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Management Analyst I to join our team supporting daily operational workflows for CDBG-DR grant programs. This position will support data validation, document tracking, access requests, and program monitoring efforts to ensure HUD compliance. Ideal for professionals early in their public sector or grant program career.

Required Skills:
- 3+ years supporting enterprise operations or state/federal programs.
- Strong Excel and SharePoint skills; comfortable navigating document repositories.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to follow compliance checklists.
- Comfortable managing user requests, trackers, and identity/access processes.
Desired Skills:
- Experience using IntelliGrants, Caspio, or similar cloud data tools.
- Prior support role in HUD or FEMA programs.
- Familiarity with FTP upload processes and dashboard generation.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
