What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients—resolving questions related to policies, billing, and coverage.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products and services tailored to client needs.
- Build long-term relationships through trust, responsiveness, and personalized attention.
- Support client retention and agency growth through proactive communication and education.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure prompt follow-ups for a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to stay calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Previous customer service or sales experience (insurance background is a plus, but not required).
- Goal-oriented individuals excited about earning performance-based incentives.
Licensing Requirement:
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license. We provide full support through the licensing process—no prior insurance experience necessary.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
