Our growing insurance agency is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist who is eager to become an integral part of our team—and eventually grow into a fully licensed role.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome customers in person and by phone, creating a professional and friendly first impression
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with daily office communications
- Handle inquiries, maintain and update customer records, and route calls to the appropriate team members
- Support agents with follow-ups, simple customer service needs, and document handling
- Assist in identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions during customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and efficient office environment
What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – required
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking with clients and open to learning about insurance products and services
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
