About the Role 
We’re looking for sharp, driven communicators to help convert warm leads into qualified solar consultations. If you’re passionate about helping people and confident in your ability to engage — this is your foot in the door to a high-earning solar career. Must be able to attend in-person team meetings and trainings at least 3 days of the week.
 
Responsibilities 
 • Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments 
 • Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre-qualify interest 
 • Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent 
 • Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes 
 • Work closely with closers and sales consultants 
 
Qualifications 
 • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred 
 • Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus 
 • Excellent people skills and natural charisma 
 • Tech-friendly (Zoom, CRM, online scheduling) 
 • Self-motivated and quick to adapt 
 
Bonus Points For: 
 • Solar experience or energy knowledge 
 • Spanish-speaking 
 • Ability to self-source leads 
 
Compensation & Perks 
 • $5,000–$8,000/month with base pay, commissions & performance bonuses
