This includes surface preparation and applying paint using professional spray equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply water-based industrial paint using spray guns and proper techniques
- Collaborate with welders and machine assemblers to evaluate jobs, resolve issues, and complete work orders
- Determine correct materials and quantities required for each project
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or other methods to ensure proper paint adhesion
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired color, consistency, and drying properties
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure a high standard of quality
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of painting tools and spray equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial painting
- Ability to use spray equipment and follow best practices for water-based paints
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
