Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Floater Sales Associate to join our team and provide retail coverage on store manager days off across our St. Pete and Palmetto locations.
You’ll play the same vital role as our full-time associates — helping customers find their ideal mattress — but on a flexible, reduced-hours schedule. You’ll support operations and sales during key shifts and maintain our high standards of showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a calm, confident presence
- Recommend the best mattress and base based on customer needs
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on promotions
- Support sales targets and ensure a welcoming, clean showroom
- Resolve any customer concerns with clarity and professionalism
- Float between locations as needed, covering pre-assigned shifts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
