RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver outstanding service to our valued customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Handle billing inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and general support.
- Assist the sales team by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recognize customer needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong communications and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Prior customer service experience (insurance industry preferred but not required)
- Must be willing to obtain a Texas insurance license (study materials provided and bonus paid when achieved)

- Our office is open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
- I am a proud graduate of West Texas A&M.
- We have 40 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
