As our new Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that promise. You'll keep our warehouse running smoothly, ensure our installers leave with the right materials every morning, and help maintain the high standards that make us the most trusted name in fencing.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and leads with integrity. Because when our warehouse runs right, everything else does too.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Receiving & Verifying Materials: Accurately unload and log incoming deliveries.
- Staging Installation Jobs: Prepare and stage materials for 10+ installation jobs each week, ensuring everything is correct and ready to go.
- Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate counts and communicate proactively with our procurement team if stock is running low.
- Order Picking: Interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and pick correct fencing components for each job.
- Team Leadership: Direct the daily work of 1–2 warehouse assistants: assign tasks, set expectations, and support their growth.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and well-structured for maximum efficiency.
- Forklift Operation: Safely move materials throughout the facility and yard using a forklift (certification required).
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Forklift Certified (or able to become certified prior to starting).
- Skilled in Order Picking, you understand BOMs and can quickly find and prepare exactly what’s needed.
- Experienced in Job Staging, especially in environments where crews rely on you to prep complete and accurate materials.
- Proven Warehouse Leadership, you’ve led small teams and know how to delegate, follow up, and stay ahead of the day’s work.
- Organized, Accountable, and Humble, you own your responsibilities, stay on top of the details, and know how to adapt when things change.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Two such employees began with Superior Fence & Rail as installation team members. Dustin joined our team in 2012, followed by Ralph in 2013. Both men determined that they would work their way up through the ranks. They received promotions from Installers to management positions, like Install Leader, Production Leader, and Training and Operations Leader. Emboldened by the supportive work environment at Superior Fence & Rail, and encouraged by their loved ones, Ralph and Dustin decided to become franchise owners. Together, these gentlemen opened Superior Fence & Rail of Pensacola in 2019. Not only has this fence franchise become one of our most successful locations to-date, but Dustin and Ralph are still growing with us – with a new Louisiana location coming soon.
These now multi-franchise owners met as employees and became fast friends, who shared like visions for their futures. Today, Ralph and Dustin attribute some of their success to the confidence that was instilled in them by Superior Fence & Rail owners and managers. They note that they were impressed that the motivation to succeed, starting with ownership, and flowing through management, led to the hiring of like-minded employees, who were honest and hard-working – making each day on the job an enjoyable one.
