We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Data Platform Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems.
- Implement and maintain data warehouse and data lake architectures.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices.
What you will need:
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability/Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling.
- Experience and understanding with data lake technologies
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Data Build Tool (DBT), Talend).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Scala.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with real-time data processing (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications in cloud platforms or data engineering.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
