WHO YOU ARE:
- You shoot, edit, and post 🔥 short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Ads).
- You’re obsessed with getting better—fast.
- You know how to make things look AND perform.
- You love skin, vibes, and results. (No cringe filters pls.)
- You can get around DFW (we’ve got multiple spas and growing).
- Bonus: You're down to help us grow our skincare brand too. đź‘€
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Shoot and edit weekly content in-spa + BTS.
- Build a content machine that drives bookings + brand.
- Test. Learn. Repeat. (Hook rate, watch time, ROAS—you're tracking.)
- Help us scale Mod to the moon and maybe become our future Creative Director.
