Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations during transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.
- Attitude towards work responsibilities and tasks provided by the shift leaders should never be compromised as it helps create a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast casual restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
- Must be able to lift the boxes weighing up to 40 Ibs.
