What You’ll Do
- Lead as the primary frontline worship leader for our Sunday services, bringing passion and authenticity to every moment.
- Partner in creative sessions to dream up fresh ideas and powerful elements for services, ministry programs, and events.
- Collaborate on song selection and arrangements to craft meaningful worship sets.
- Mentor, encourage, and develop emerging worship leaders and musicians.
- Keep our Worship Ministry database updated and organized.
- Schedule and communicate with volunteers, providing charts and music resources.
- Support Next-Gen worship and special events as needed.
- Assist with stage designs, set concepts, and the coordination of impactful events.
What You Bring
- Strong musical ability — both vocal and instrumental (musician highly preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office, Apple, and Google tools.
- A heart for worship, a collaborative spirit, and a creative spark.
