Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot appliance issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies through ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
  • Certification in appliance repair or HVAC is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
