Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detailed Nail Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Nail Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining nail production machines to ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

The Nail Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining nail production machines to ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Main responsibilities:
- Configure and operate nail making machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality.
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Inspect nails for defects and ensure correct size, shape, and finish.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or downtime.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Great attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends if needed.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
