CRUNCH PORTER – JOB SUMMARY

We’re searching for a hard-working, high-energy individual to join our team. You’ll help drive member satisfaction through top-notch cleanliness and organization, keeping our space polished, safe, and welcoming.

💼 POSITION DETAILS

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20/hour

🧽 WHAT YOU’LL DO

Clean and dust: mirrors, counters, windows, exercise equipment
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub all floors (locker rooms, cardio, stairs, etc.)
Clean and sanitize fitness equipment
Restock supplies and empty trash/recycling
Focus on locker rooms and high-traffic areas (hello HIIT Zone)
Handle special cleaning projects and daily/weekly tasks
Assist with minor equipment repairs and maintenance support
Follow all safety protocols when using supplies/equipment
Report facility maintenance needs and member complaints

🤝 WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate with the Facilities Team, club staff, and our amazing members.

Skills & Traits:

Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures
Clear communication and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently
Laser-sharp attention to detail
Strong time management
Team player with great interpersonal skills

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED
At least 6 months of janitorial experience

🏋️‍♀️ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Stand, walk, kneel, climb, lift (up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 45 lbs occasionally)
Use full range of motion for effective cleaning
Comfortable working around moving equipment and in loud environments
Handle chemical supplies and cleaning tools safely
