Hydrology Wellness is growing!
We’re on a mission to bring concierge wellness to homes, offices, and events across South Florida—and we’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Field Nurse & Business Development Coordinator to lead the charge in our mobile IV division.
This is not your average nursing role. We’re seeking a licensed RN who loves wellness, has strong IV skills, and thrives in sales or marketing. If you enjoy building relationships, educating clients, and working in a fast-paced, mobile environment—this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Deliver IV hydration and vitamin therapy safely and efficiently in client homes, offices, or at events
- Triage and assess clients, obtain consents, and monitor for side effects
- Support and help train new mobile nurses as our team grows
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and nurture new business leads in the wellness space
- Partner with gyms, med spas, event planners, influencers, and corporate groups
- Represent Hydrology Wellness at events, expos, and B2B meetings
- Meet growth targets and help expand our service footprint
Marketing & Administration
- Collaborate with marketing on content, promotions, and patient education
- Assist with scheduling, inventory tracking, and client follow-up
- Monitor and report KPIs, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Strong IV skills and confidence working independently
- Sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Passion for wellness and knowledge of vitamin therapies
- Charismatic communicator and confident brand ambassador
- Comfortable driving to clients and working independently
- CPR/BLS required; ACLS preferred
