Augustine Angels, a trusted provider of professional staffing services, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time behavioral health services at a culturally responsive youth residential treatment facility serving Native American adolescents.

Augustine Angels, a trusted provider of professional staffing services, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide full-time behavioral health services at a culturally responsive youth residential treatment facility serving Native American adolescents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive mental health services including assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and referrals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide trauma-informed and culturally appropriate care
- Document services using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Support youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and substance use challenges
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted state LCSW license
- Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in adolescent mental health
- Experience working with Native American populations or in tribal/residential settings is strongly preferred
- Must pass a federal background check and provide all clearance documentation
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate (W-9 independent contractor)
- Federal holidays off
- Monday through Friday schedule
