Remote Executive Assistant – Marketing & Outreach Focus
Location: Tupelo, MS (Remote, but local travel required for deliveries & events)

🟨 Position Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time, remote-working Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful community interaction, and has a passion for creative marketing. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys both digital work and real-world relationship-building.
🟩 Key Responsibilities:
● 📅 Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule customer insurance review appointments, ensuring the agent’s calendar is optimized for productivity and availability.
● 📧 Email Marketing Campaigns: Create, schedule, and manage professional email marketing campaigns targeting local businesses and referral partners.
● 📱 Social Media Content Creation: Develop 3–5 engaging posts per week for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) to promote our agency’s services, people, and community involvement.
● 🎁 Promotional Outreach: Deliver branded promotional items and engage in brief, meaningful discussions with key local contacts (e.g., apartment managers, real estate agents, bankers, mortgage loan officers, HR directors, and school personnel).
● 🎉 Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of lead-generating events through committees and local partnerships.
🟧 Ideal Candidate Traits:
● Self-motivated and works well independently
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Comfortable with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Constant Contact)
● Social media savvy with Canva or other design tools
● Friendly, professional, and relationship-driven
● Able to make occasional local deliveries in Tupelo and surrounding areas (company car provided)
🟫 Requirements:
● Reliable internet and personal device for remote work
● Excellent communication and writing skills
● Basic knowledge of insurance is a plus (but not required)
● Experience with social media content creation and email marketing preferred
🟨 Hours & Pay:
● Part-Time: approximately 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
● Pay: $15–$22/hour based on experience
● Performance bonuses and potential for growth
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
