Overview: Soccer Stars is seeking passionate and enthusiastic coaches to join our team and help create a positive and joyful soccer experience for children. Coaches do more than just teach the game—they foster a love for sports, promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and support personal growth in a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Player Development:
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate training sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Foster a love for the game by creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued.
2. Game Management:
- Lead and coordinate team participation in league matches.
- Ensure a fair and positive experience for all players, emphasizing effort, improvement, and enjoyment over strict competition.
3. Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with players, parents, and league organizers.
- Provide regular updates on player progress and team activities.
4. Character Building:
- Instill values such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer-related activities.
- Serve as a positive role model on and off the field, promoting good sportsmanship.
5. Skill Assessments:
- Conduct informal assessments to understand each player’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Adapt coaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Coaching Licenses:
- US Soccer 4v4 and/or 7v7 licenses preferred.
- Willingness to pursue further coaching education and certifications.
2. Experience:
- Prior coaching experience, especially in youth soccer programs, is highly desirable.
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact through soccer.
3. Communication Skills:
- Excellent communicator with both children and parents.
- Able to teach soccer concepts in a fun and easy-to-understand manner.
4. Team Player:
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with other coaches, staff, and partners.
- Enthusiastic contributor to the growth and success of the program.
5. Commitment to Values:
- Dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive environment that prioritizes the well-being and joy of young players.

Hours: practices are 1x per week in the afternoons. Game days are 1x per month in the evenings. Availability across all weekdays starting at 2:30pm is preferred.

The Amazing Athletes JumpBunch program gets children moving with an unmatched variety of 70+ sports, activities, and fitness-based games in a fun, friendly & non-competitive learning environment. JumpBunch is a P.E. class for ages 18 months-12 years. Take part in camps, private groups, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
Karate Zoo is for ages 3-6. It is inspired by the traditions & practices of martial arts and is designed to benefit a child’s physical, social & emotional development while building confidence & teaching practical life lessons. Take part in camps, private groups, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
KZ Martial Arts is for ages 6-12 and is inspired by the traditions and practices of martial arts. KZ Martial Arts is designed to benefit elementary-aged kids’ physical, social, and emotional development while building confidence and teaching practical life lessons. Students practice and perform 12 different skills in the program bringing martial arts alive in a fun and engaging way. Each skill introduced is designed for progression with beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications - allowing each student to progress at their own pace in a mixed ability group setting. Hi-yah!
In Little Rookies, we go beyond the game to instill a love for baseball in young players. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals in an all-inclusive and encouraging atmosphere. Programs include Parent & Me (ages 2-3), Minors (ages 3-5) and Majors (ages 6-10). Take part in classes, camps, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!

Sports are an integral part of any community. Often, our programs will be a child’s first experience with an organized physical activity. It is our obligation to provide a fun and memorable experience where kids can thrive being active.
