The NEW  Bentonville location is looking for someone with design aptitude and a fun personality to prepare and print products for our customers while delivering outstanding customer service! 
This position is responsible for working directly with customers to create designs, prepare files, perform layout and setup, and complete print jobs, as well as assist with POS transactions.
 
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Excellent page layout skills
  • Excellent with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides), Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), Word processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs) applications
  • Knowledge of Web design preferred, Canva knowledge a plus!
  • Knowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose required
  • Knowledge of paper types, sizes, weights, and quality
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
  • Experience with bulk mailing software and procedures preferred
  • Computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Experience with Fiery and printing equipment to head the printing and production of client orders including, but not limited to, multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards
  • Use and upkeep of printers and finishing equipment (Wide format: Cannon ImagePROGRAF TM-355, Printing Press (Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, Graphic Wizard card cutter, folder, laminator, etc.)
  • Consults with customers on their project needs
  • Trains other center personnel to use applications and equipment
  • Customer Service and Center Operations
  • Assists with sales transactions
  • Performs inventory, light cleaning, and other duties as required
 
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to stand behind a sales counter and/or use a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email, and in-person
  • May be required to operate a motor vehicle
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and procedures
  • Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:15pm
  • 2 Paid 15 minute breaks, 1 unpaid 30 minute lunch
  • Holidays off
  • Subject to change with seasons/business volume
Compensation: $29,120.00 - $41,600.00 per year
