We’re looking for a motivated Sales Estimator with a background in spray foam insulation to support our builder and contractor partnerships. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone who knows the trade, understands the value of high-quality work, and is ready to leverage that knowledge in a sales-focused position.

What You’ll Do:
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
Work directly with residential and commercial builders, contractors, and project managers to understand insulation needs and timelines.

Conduct On-Site Evaluations:
Visit job sites to assess conditions and gather details needed for accurate insulation estimates (mostly spray foam: open-cell and closed-cell).

Develop Accurate Proposals:
Prepare and deliver detailed quotes based on project specifications, building plans, or field measurements.

Close Deals:
Present proposals, explain insulation solutions, answer questions, and follow up to convert leads into jobs.

Coordinate with Installation Teams:
Ensure a smooth handoff to the operations team for scheduling and execution of awarded jobs.

Track and Report Activity:
Keep records of estimates, pipeline activity, customer follow-up, and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:
Spray Foam Experience Preferred
At least 2-3 years in the field as a spray foam technician or crew lead preferred. You should know the product and the process.

Sales or Estimating Experience:
Construction, trade, or insulation estimating experience is a big plus—but we’ll train the right spray foam tech who’s ready to make the leap into sales.

Builder/Contractor Savvy:
You should feel comfortable communicating with GCs, superintendents, and site managers.

Compensation:
