Customer Service Representative
You’ll be our frontline in North Fort Worth—handling calls, voicemails, and web leads—while partnering with field techs to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Beyond phones, you’ll optimize scheduling, verify orders, and participate in daily process improve where your ideas land instantly. Roles & Responsibilities:
You’ll be our frontline in North Fort Worth—handling calls, voicemails, and web leads—while partnering with field techs to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Beyond phones, you’ll optimize scheduling, verify orders, and participate in daily process improve where your ideas land instantly. With a clear growth runway, this isn’t just a job—it’s your launchpad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours
- Respond to any voicemails and/or messages from answering service (if applicable)
- Respond to inbound email correspondence, forward on as appropriate
- Greet customers and all other visitors to the showroom (if applicable)
- Screen incoming leads/potential customers
- Schedule estimate appointments
- Quote product by telephone for clients/customers (if applicable)
- Assist Estimators with follow up on pending sales/ quotes by phone and/or email
- Strategically schedule work appointments for Installation Technicians, along with customers accordingly
- Troubleshoot issue from field if needed, working with GM/vendors and techs to find solutions
- Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors for size and pricing accuracy
- Filing of daily work orders and estimates
- Ordering of all office / shop supplies
- Keeping office clean/tidy
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- All candidates must be able pass initial background check and drug test
Preferred Skills:
- 1+ yr phone-based customer service or dispatch experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel)
- Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
*Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period and at the discretion of the Franchise Owner.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
