We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Lease Manager to oversee tenant occupancy across our portfolio of commercial real estate properties. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all tenant locations are leased and operating at maximum occupancy, minimizing vacancies, and driving revenue growth.
The Lease Manager will focus on business development and tenant outreach, cultivating relationships with potential tenants who could benefit from upgrading into our available spaces or locating near our premium health club members. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Tenant Outreach & Business Development

  1. Identify, target, and engage businesses that align with the company’s tenant strategy and health club member demographics.
  2. Actively promote available spaces through direct outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  3. Develop pipelines of prospective tenants and maintain ongoing communications with leads.
Leasing & Occupancy Management

  1. Manage all aspects of tenant leasing, from prospecting to negotiation and deal execution.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s portfolio and available spaces.
  3. Track and report on lease renewals, upcoming expirations, and potential vacancies to ensure proactive management.
Market Research & Strategy

  1. Monitor local real estate markets, competitive spaces, and business trends to identify tenant opportunities.
  2. Develop strategies to attract businesses that complement our health clubs and enhance member experiences.
  3. Provide insights to leadership regarding market demand, rental rates, and occupancy strategies.
Relationship & Account Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals and expansions.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries regarding leasing opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with the CFO and GHC Maintenance/Operations to align leasing efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing, tenant relations, or real estate sales.
  3. Proven track record of closing leases and driving occupancy rates.
  4. Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, leasing practices, and tenant outreach.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
