Job Summary

Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Wellness Coordinator for a full-time position at our Icebox Cryotherapy Midtown location. The Lead will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to all Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians. This critical position requires a solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence. The Lead is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
Promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.
Properly manage and exceed assigned revenue/ member base goals.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
Cultivate a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.
Manage disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.
Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience.
Ensure that the studio is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.

Qualifications

3 years of sales experience required.
Solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence.
Proven sales leadership.
Ability to work and function in a team environment.
Keen on driving sales and service excellence.
Ability to multitask and manage client and staff concerns in a fast-paced environment. ·
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Health- and fitness-minded individuals are strongly preferred.
Associate's or bachelor’s degree.
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
