Responsibilities:
- Administer IV therapies and injections safely and effectively.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide pre- and post-treatment care.
- Educate patients on treatment options and aftercare instructions.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing patient flow and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Current RN license or Paramedic certification in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of IV therapy and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
