We invite you to apply in person at 2600 Dixie Hwy, Wilton Manors, FL 33334, during our operating hours from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Preference to Full Time but Part Time is available.
*2 years of front counter customer service experience *Highly* Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Extend professional, friendly, and welcoming greetings to customers.
Assist customers with garment/material pick-up and drop-off.
Handle incoming telephone calls, addressing queries, and redirecting as necessary.
Thoroughly inspect clothing/materials for damages before customer departure, noting any visible issues when tagging items.
Accurately write complete orders, incorporating detailed instructions and customer preferences.
Performance Metrics
Adherence to established Company quality standards in all work.
Professional handling of customers, calls, and inquiries.
Maintaining good working relations with Company personnel and management.
Qualifications
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of business functions and proficient operation of cash registers and general office equipment.
Skills/Abilities: basic computer proficiency, excellent customer service skills, willingness to assist and support others, Ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and strong communication.
Physical Activities and Requirements
Finger Dexterity: Precise finger movements for tasks like picking up small objects and gripping handles.
Talking: Clear and accurate communication of details, instructions, or ideas.
Average Hearing: Ability to hear and comprehend normal conversations and information.
Repetitive Motions: Regular use of wrists, hands, and fingers.
Average Visual Abilities: Necessary visual acuity for inspecting garments, materials, or operating machinery.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move various weights up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Working Conditions
Ventilated with exposure to heat, and occasional humid conditions in a shop environment. Moderate to loud noise levels in the workplace.
