Job Summary
Solutions Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist with a passion for patient care and experience in non-sterile compounding. You’ll play a vital role in processing prescriptions, advising patients, and helping us expand our innovative offerings across wellness and specialty therapies. Responsibilities
- Accurately review and interpret incoming prescriptions for dosing, interactions, and appropriateness
- Counsel patients on medication use, storage, and side effects
- Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform and oversee non-sterile compounding, including but not limited to:

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Pain Management
-
Dermatology
-
Veterinary
-
Pediatrics
-
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
- Participate in inventory management and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with providers, patients, and support staff to ensure optimal care
Qualifications
- Current Texas pharmacist license in good standing
- Proven experience with non-sterile compounding (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain productivity under pressure
