McJ is looking for a senior producer who is equal parts creative partner, problem-solver and expert of execution. We need a team member to own their own projects and run with them. You’ll be the engine that brings bold ideas to life — championing the work, uniting teams and finding smart, strategic ways to turn vision into reality. Any previous experience deep inside a food-related account would be awesome.
From kickoff to delivery, you own the process. With a sharp eye on budgets, timelines and executional excellence, you’ll lead the charge with urgency, transparency and a relentless drive to move things forward. You know how to navigate challenges, inspire collaboration and protect the integrity of great ideas — all while keeping things on time, on track and on budget.
No mean people need apply. We have awesome clients and a great team. Keeping the good vibes rolling is very important.

- Sharp problem-solving skills and a collaborative, resourceful mindset
- A love of detail, planning and making the impossible possible
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal and everything in between
- A genuine interest in all things creative — from tech to culture to craft
- Technical know-how across TV, digital, print, social, experiential
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Hive, Workamajig — and a willingness to learn more
