We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! As a behavior therapist, you will be handling a client each day, learning about their unique struggles and needs, and working closely with them to develop and implement a plan designated by BCBA of that will help them meet their milestones and goals. You will also need to keep excellent records of clients and communications, maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and potentially collaborate with colleagues on clients or caseloads. The ideal candidate has experience working with ABA techniques, has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and is familiar with all state and federal regulations regarding therapy.
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
