Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Support sales initiatives by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver excellent service.
- Manage inventory levels through effective ordering and stock management practices.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for product purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Excellent sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail technology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
