Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Child Care Program Specialist to lead and oversee the educational programs, curriculum, and classroom activities at our center. In this role, you will ensure that all instructional content aligns with our mission and meets state requirements, while also supporting and training staff for consistent quality across classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee curriculum and educational activities
- Ensure all programs meet state standards and guidelines
- Order and manage classroom supplies aligned with curriculum needs
- Train and support staff in curriculum implementation and best practices
Qualifications:
- Must meet state-specific requirements and certifications
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and families
