About the Role:
Are you looking for more than just a job? Want to learn a trade and build a career in remodeling? We’re hiring a Helper / Apprentice Installer to join our bath renovation team.
This is a hands-on, apprenticeship-style role. You’ll work alongside experienced remodeling pros, learn the trade step-by-step, and grow into a full installer role over time. No prior experience needed — just a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced installers with bathroom remodel projects
- Set up tools, materials, and drop cloths at job sites
- Help with demo, cleanup, and preparing work areas
- Load/unload materials and organize job site
- Support basic installation tasks under supervision
- Receive and organize inventory at our warehouse
- Occasionally run pickups or deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
- Willing to work early mornings and full-time hours
- Comfortable using tools (or willing to learn)
