Thursday's Hair Solutions, a leader in non-surgical hair restoration since 2002, is looking for a licensed, experienced Hair Stylist with EITHER (1) work experience in non-surgical hair replacement or (2) a genuine passion to grow in this specialty. We would be happy to train the right candidate who has no experience in non-surgical hair restoration but has at least 3 years experience as a licensed hair professional. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, organized, dependable, and client-focused, with a desire to help clients regain confidence and transform their look. The non-surgical hair replacement industry is an exciting and fascinating line of work.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert salon services including cuts, color, and styling
• Provide non-surgical hair replacement services
• Work with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized non-surgical solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional styling room. Each styling room is private and has its own door.
• Build strong relationships with clients and staff through excellent service and communication
• Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time and treating the position as a serious career commitment
• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive salon culture
• Stay on time with appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
Qualifications:
• California State Cosmetology License (required)
• Experience with non-surgical hair replacement strongly preferred BUT we will train the right candidate!
• Minimum of 3–5 years professional salon experience
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
• Comfortable working with both men and women
• Positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work a regular schedule, part-time or full-time, Tuesday through Saturday

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
