We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, drive sales, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment. If you have a passion for retail, excellent people skills, and enjoy working in a team, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain merchandise displays and keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay informed on current promotions, product features, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
