Responsible for:
 Cleans, sanitizes, and puts away all dishes during shift.
 Maintains cleanliness of dishwashing area, prep area, trash area, and stock room.
 Breaks down boxes and takes out trash at the beginning and end of each shift.
 Deck scrub kitchen area and prep area.
 Sweeps and mops.
 Filters fryer oil.
 Performs other duties as requested by management.
 Adheres to company standards and policies, including personal hygiene and appearance.
 Responsible for checking your personal Facebook page for updates from management and corporate on new beers and upcoming events.
 Adheres to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling.
Qualifications and Required Activities:
 Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
 Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
