Experienced Painter
Full Time • Houston
Purpose of Role The Painter is responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces of buildings and structures. This role contributes directly to the aesthetic and protective quality of construction projects.

- The ideal candidate has experience in both interior and exterior painting, across commercial and residential properties
- 2+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential painting
- Skilled in prepping, masking, cutting in, rolling, and spraying
- Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders when necessary
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job site conditions
Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and cleaning surfaces. Paint Application: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Performance Expectations Timely Completion: Complete painting tasks within the scheduled time frame while maintaining quality standards.
Quality Standards: Achieve a smooth and even finish on all painted surfaces, meeting company quality standards.
This role is based in Houston, TX, with standard working hours. Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
