**Job Summary:** We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers - Operate the POS system accurately for transactions - Prepare and serve food and beverages following company recipes and standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Assist with stocking inventory and maintaining supply levels - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met **Qualifications:** - Experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Knowledge of food handling protocols and procedures - Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions - Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy - Previous experience in food preparation is a plus - Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial - Ability to bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area - Willingness to follow sanitation guidelines for a safe working environment
