lead and keep our operations running like a perfectly timed dinner service.

Chef Francesco, born in Palermo, Sicily, grew up immersed in the artistry of Italian cuisine. From
learning seafood, fish, and risotto mastery at Instituto Alberghiero to bringing his family recipes
to life in the U.S., Francesco’s is built on passion, tradition, and an obsession with quality.

Your Role at the Table:
 Oversee daily operations to deliver seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
 Lead and inspire a talented front- and back-of-house team
 Manage payroll, inventory, and using Restaurant365 (R365) to keep everything running
efficiently and cost-effectively. Payroll experience with ADP.  
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
 Handle guest feedback with professionalism and positivity

What You Bring:
 7+ years of proven restaurant management experience
 Mastery in inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
 Familiarity with R365 or similar restaurant management software
 Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
 A passion for food, service, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere
