Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and capable General Manager to join our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation and programming of our facility. The General Manager creates a fun, safe, and structured environment for our patrons. You will also hire, manage, and train staff, develop marketing strategies, and ensure the facility runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, welcome them to the facility, and provide a demonstration of our golf simulators
- Respond to inquiries regarding the programs and offerings (golfing, lessons, parties and events)
- Manage staff, offer continuous training, and lead regular staff meetings
- Manage daily operations and ensure processes and procedures are followed consistently
- Create or approve schedules
- Manage inventory levels and ordering
- Follow all health and safety guidelines pertaining to food and beverage
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a general manager or assistant manager required
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively
- Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of guests at all times
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
