As an experienced customer service professional at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our continued growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this results-driven position, you will boost your earning potential and forge lasting relationships within the community we proudly serve.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and community members
  • Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs
  • Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification
  • Manage customer inquiries and deliver exceptional, prompt, and friendly service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Become familiar with products, services, and systems. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
  • Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency objectives
Qualifications:
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Successful background check
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary with experience starting at $20-$25/hour plus commission and bonuses
  • Potential for growth and advancement
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
