At AWB Management, we specialize in face-to-face customer acquisition and brand promotions for industry-leading clients. Our retail sales team works directly with consumers to build lasting relationships, boost client visibility, and drive growth.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll represent top-tier brands in the telecommunications industry in a retail setting, assist customers with product knowledge and purchases, and help generate new customer accounts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services
- Answer customer questions, provide solutions, and close sales
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand offerings and promotions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Attend ongoing training sessions to build product and sales knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
