Job Description
- Work Schedule:
- 3 Days: 7:30am to 5:30pm (includes ½ paid lunch break)
- Sunday: either 7:30am to 12pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm + Closing
- Role:
- Oversee staff, making sure following recipes, procedures and when needed, training new hires.
- Barista – dual role - Asst Mgr. as well as Barista
- Inventory management - keep track of what needs to be re-ordered on a weekly basis
- Weekly Staff Schedule development and distribution
- Become knowledgeable of:
- Products offered
- Recipes
- Process & Procedures
- Equipment - how they run and adjust when needed
- Quality control - ensure product that leaves the door is made per recipe
- Salary:
- Market level. To be discussed more specifically during interview.
- Includes tips - Take part. Portion based on # of shifts worked.
- Experience:
- Prior related work experience a must.
- Prior Barista work experience a plus.
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
