Position Responsibilities:
- The salesperson is responsible for the entire door and window sales process from initial interview through the final punch list.
- Identify & qualify prospective customers through research, networking, & cold calling.
- Scheduling appointments and meeting with potential customers to identify and qualify potential sale opportunities
- Effective planning & preparation to conduct professional sales presentations.
- We provide full service to our clients. Sales reps are expected to provide product showroom demonstrations, jobsite consultation to verify details, and educating clients to ensure understanding
- Liaising with vendors and customers for up-to-date pricing, service, and the latest product-release launches
- Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new products, procedures, services, and tools by attending company events and training meetings
- Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray Taylor Brothers in a positive manner
- Using sales and marketing data along with internal digital organization tools to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Updating and maintaining follow-up reports and organization tools for future customer contact and relations
- Providing product quotes, contracts, and agreements to customers per company procedure
- Maintain good communication with customers throughout the process of the sale and through receipt of the product. This includes assisting with money collection and ensuring the customer is fully satisfied
- Following up on sales opportunities & working diligently to close the sale
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling high-end window and doors
- Experience selling similar quality window and door brands to those we offer
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans
- Ability to complete a proper window and door take-off
- Experience utilizing manufacturers' quoting software to estimate jobs
- Ability to use a computer efficiently for daily work requirements
- Experience & comfort working with Microsoft’s Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Compensation:
- Commission-only pay structure
- Very high income potential for motivated candidates

Additional Support Provided:
- Manager Support - We have a team of managers that provide support & solutions to assist your daily sales actions. We go above & beyond to take care of our team & clients
- Quote Support - Quote support will be provided to you by our in-house estimator
- Administrative Support - You will be provided with a shared sales assistant to help you leverage your time and assist you with all administrative functions.
- Product Showroom - You will have access to use our showroom locations in both Orange and Los Angeles County to assist you in closing jobs.
- Warehouse / Delivery Team - We have a large warehouse space to receive orders as well as an awesome warehouse team that receives the materials & delivers the products daily.
- Delivery - We offer in-house delivery solutions and have four trucks that go out daily.
- Service - We have an in-house service coordinator and service technician to efficiently manage warranty service requests.
- Training Events - We will provide you with ample training opportunities to further your knowledge and bring you up to speed on products that are new to you
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Available to Clients: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Nights and weekends as needed
Work Location:
- Work from home office
- Use of local showroom for client meetings and training events
- Travel to and from jobsites and client offices for meetings
Sales Territory Location: Orange County
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $3,098.00 - $100,000.00 per month

We have supplied doors, windows, moulding and hardware for thousands of projects from Ojai to Palm Springs to Orange County and everywhere in between. With design concepts continually pushing the envelope, our Taylor Brothers Sales Team brilliantly works with the Architects, Contractors, Finish Carpenters, Business or Homeowners and Manufacturers to help ensure that the concept can become a reality.
