Overview:
- Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, property owners, and facility managers to generate and secure commercial restoration opportunities.
- Project Execution: Oversee the development of scopes of work, estimates, and contract documentation to ensure efficient project launch and timely completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Marketing Director and Operations Manager to align strategies, drive regional growth, and enhance service delivery.
- Operational Oversight: Support and guide project managers to uphold quality standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with operational procedures.
- Process Management: Ensure consistent adherence to company protocols, industry regulations, and financial documentation standards.
- Communication & Problem Solving: Serve as the central point of contact for clients, adjusters, and internal teams. Proactively address concerns, resolve issues, and make judgment calls when deviations from standard protocols are necessary to secure work or uphold client satisfaction.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage project change orders, maintain documentation, and ensure prompt invoicing and collections to support the company’s financial goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Marketing and Operations teams to align efforts and contribute to broader regional growth objectives.
- Risk & Delay Management: Conduct regular risk assessments across all project phases. Identify delays proactively and implement corrective strategies to maintain project timelines.
- System & Procedure Execution: Effectively utilize all relevant company systems, including RFIs, budgeting tools, safety protocols, submittals, scheduling systems, forecasting tools, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure due diligence is completed at all phases.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mitigation or related restoration work
- Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred Certifications: IICRC WRT, ASD, and FST
- Ability to safely operate and maintain tools and equipment required for assigned scopes of work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, adjusters, and internal teams
- Solid trade knowledge related to mitigation work scopes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the use of computers or tablets for field documentation
- Preferred software experience: Sage or similar construction/project management platforms
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
