Primary Responsibilities
-Generate leads by engaging with your local community.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
-Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
-Conduct weather damage inspections (drones can be used if the roof is too steep).
-Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and ny customer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
-Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
-Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Our production department handles all installations and our sales reps conduct roof inspections.

-Outstanding communication skills.
-Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
-Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including homeowners and insurance adjusters.
-Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
-Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work well collaboratively with others.
-Proficient with basic computer functions.
-Sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
-The company will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to all applicable Fair Chance Act laws. Candidates will not be required to disclose criminal history or participate in a background check unless or until a conditional job offer is made. Criminal history will not automatically disqualify a candidate from employment.
-Must have a smart-phone capable of taking pictures/videos during property inspections and download apps.

-Monthly and quarterly sales contests (Cash bonuses and all-expense paid vacations).
-The only days that are required to be in the office are Monday and Friday mornings. Reps are in the field the rest of the week with the top reps prioritize 3pm-7pm during the weekdays and all day Saturday in order to get in front of homeowners.
-Amazing opportunities for growth within the company (Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Executive, Partner/Owner).
-Paid classroom training
-Monthly and quarterly sales contests (Cash bonuses and all-expense paid vacations).
