We are seeking a passionate, self-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our core team. This role is ideal for someone excited about online education, eager to grow professionally, and committed to delivering excellent support to students and families.
Mandarin language proficiency is required to effectively communicate with a large portion of our Bay Area client base.
Key Responsibilities:
•Engage with prospective students and parents to introduce 7EDU’s programs and services
•Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate CRM records
•Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including pipeline tracking and reporting
•Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and campaign planning
•Represent 7EDU’s values and mission with clarity and professionalism
Basic Qualifications
- Major in journalism, communications, marketing, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good self-management skills
- Video and visual editing is a plus
- Experience with digital technology and editing software
- Eager to learn and grow with a fast-growing company
