All leads, support staff, and training are fully provided so attorneys can focus on what matters most, serving clients.
Our firm’s Client Engagement Team is founded on the belief that estate planning and lifetime planning should provide families with peace of mind through a clear, simplified, and supportive process. We are seeking the right fit candidate to guide clients through some of life’s most important and often emotional decisions, combining strong legal judgment with empathy, confidence, and clarity. Hands on experience in elder law, long term care planning, Medicaid applications, and guardianship matters is a strong plus.

- Maintain strong consultation outcomes, client satisfaction, and engagement expectations across all service areas.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to ensure a smooth client experience from onboarding through implementation.
- Provide legal insight and oversight on complex matters when needed, including elder law and guardianship related issues, with minimal drafting required and dedicated drafting support provided.
- Support firm growth by delivering consistent, high quality client interactions aligned with the firm’s mission and values.

- Hands on experience with Medicaid applications and long term care planning is a significant plus.
- Strong client facing consultation skills, experience in a high volume environment preferred.
- Confident and compassionate communicator who can guide clients through complex and emotional decisions.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, listening skills, and professional judgment.
- High personal integrity and a commitment to exceptional client service.

At Safe Harbor Law Firm (formally known as Buff Law Firm PLLC), we focus on estate planning, elder law, and closely related practice areas. Our true focus, however, is helping families plan for and take control of their future. This can involve:
- Ensuring your assets will go to the people you want, when you want, in the manner you want after you pass away
- Preparing for the possibility that you or your spouse will need expensive long-term care—and helping you find ways to pay for it
- Ensuring that people you trust have the authority to make financial and medical decisions on your behalf in the event of incapacity
- Protecting your assets and those of your heirs against threats such as creditors, lawsuits, divorce, the high cost of long-term care, and more
- Guiding your loved ones through the probate and/or trust administration process
Safe Harbor Law Firm has helped families from all walks of life find solutions to challenges like these and many more. We welcome the opportunity to do the same for you. Ultimately, our goal is to help you enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having a plan in place for the future.
