Mid-Level Practitioner License (PA or NP) is required. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Provider to join our healthcare team. As a full time Wound and Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with primary care needs as well as wounds, ensuring their comfort and promoting healing. Duties:
Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with and without wounds, including diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized wound and primary care plans based on assessment findings
Provide wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and other procedures at patient's bedside
Provide primary care services to patients in an assisted living setting
Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Round in long term care facilities, assisted living communities, in office and occasionally home visits.

Job Qualifications
Must hold an active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License in Idaho
Experience of 1-3 years as a provider is preferred but will train the right new graduate
Salary is dependent on experience

Strong knowledge and experience in wound care management preferred but not required.
Ability to triage patients effectively in emergency situations
Strong communication skills
Experience in post-acute care settings (Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing) recommended but not required
Driving is required, dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license is a must. Mileage is reimbursed.
