As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who can help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting both our team and our customers.

Role Description
Prime Pest Solutions is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This position is responsible for managing front office responsibilities, coordinating communication, assisting with employee-related administrative tasks, and supporting marketing efforts such as social media management.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable multitasking, and capable of handling a variety of office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (hours discussed during interview)

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling, questions, and service inquiries
  • Perform reception and front desk duties including greeting customers and managing office communication
  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts and assist with marketing updates
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
  • Maintain organized office systems and records
  • Coordinate communication between office staff and field technicians
  • Support general office operations and administrative needs
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, office software, and digital tools
  • Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Prior administrative, office management, or similar experience preferred
