Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hard-working, dependable Restoration Technician to join our team. This
role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong attention to detail and a desire to help
people recover from property damage. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined,
physically capable, and eager to learn and grow within the restoration industry.
Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs
Set up and monitor equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
Perform demolition and cleaning of affected areas
Accurately document job progress using mobile apps
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours jobs
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and on ladders
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong work ethic and reliability
Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred
IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, ASD, etc.)
Must pass background check and drug screening

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
